After 15 years of living in the tropics of Denver, CO and competing in the Colorado Hill Climb Association series, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Rally Colorado, and other southern events we relocated to the northwest corner of Montana a mere 60 miles from the Canadian border. While Rally.Build still maintains our primary workshop in Denver we are also finishing a new facility in Montana and are very excited to compete in Canadian events and hopefully the full CARS series in the near future! Driver Grant Hughes has been actively involved in rallying for over 15 years and is a vocal proponent of affordable rallying. Numerous accolades and podium finishes both as driver, codriver, and team manager over the last 15 years. Some highlights include winning the Pikes Peak Open class codriving in a 500 hp Audi in 2004, leading our team entry at the 2017 100AW rally to the overall podium as team manager, and building enough rally cars and growing the sport in Colorado to make a sustainable region with a healthy and growing number of rally cars. The 1995 BMW 325i "Goose" rallycar began it's competition life as a Chumpcar and has slowly evolved receiving only upgrades related to maintenance, safety, reliability or bolt on performance improvements. |
